Shoppingvala.com — Order placed with id 35756 with money but not received

H.no 6993, palshi road, atharva nagar, shirwal

I purchased travel car bed on 6th Jan. 2021 and paid online money order no. 35756, but till now I have received my products. In order status on shoppingvala.com it's show order currently process but I have not received my money back and product also. Please help me.
