I am writing to file a complaint against

for non-delivery of a Bonita Chair I purchased online using my credit card.

Issue:
Despite paying the full amount, I have not received the Bonita chair. Repeated attempts to contact the seller via phone TOLL FREE NUMBER [protected] MOBILE NUMBER : [protected], I believe I have been cheated.

Efforts Made:

- I have called the seller [protected] many times, This is a fake helpline number in which people are asked to leave voice messages.
You are requested to take action on this number.

I request the forum to:

1. Direct the seller to deliver the Bonita chair or refund the full amount.
2. Take action against the seller for fraudulent activities.
3. Compensate me for the mental agony and financial loss.
