I had ordered an Iphone 6 16GB Unlocked for Rs.15, 069.00 on 24th July 2015. I had paid for it via debit card and got a payment confirmation as well as order confirmation from shopquikr.com. After waiting for a few days I noticed that there was no communication from their side regarding the shipment of the product. Hence, I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I contacted their customer care on 30th July and asked them for a refund via email ([protected]@shopquikr.com & [protected]@shopquikr.com) and I have been waiting ever since for their response. I have also tried to contact them via their phone +[protected] but I found it switched off for the first 2 days and it has been out of service after that. I want a refund for the order.
