Respected Sir/Madam,
I ordered the Exclusive Privacy Magnetic Glass Phone Case with 360° Protection (VIVO) worth ₹1099. However, I received a cheap, regular flip cover worth no more than ₹200.
This is a clear case of misleading product listing and fraud. Despite paying the full amount, the correct item was not delivered, and no refund has been issued.
I request immediate action and a full refund. If not resolved, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court of India for necessary legal action.
