Shopstar India company, founder name Rajdeep Paul.but company was running by a person named Shan Sinha roy.he was doing job post for hr manager in many jobseeker websites or app.After he got CV, he call people and explain or give fake details of company.he was saying his company was an e-commerce app.but he was doing mlm marketing in that company.after introduction he give people a test link to give test.that test was 100 marks.and you have to complete it in 1 hour and you have to score more than 40 for shortlisting in that job.you have 3 chance of giving test.after that if you get shortlisted.then he explained it as a normal hr job, and you have no target.and he was saying it was completely work from home.after that he ask for security fee of 550 at a time or separately for documentation process.after fee you get your documents.after that you start your work.once you pay security fee he says that you have to hire 2, 3 people per day with this payment process.he didn't give training also.he just say if you want training then you have to pay more.he says that your salary was like 10k to 30k. And you have to work 10 am to 6 pm.but after working for 1 month and if you have less results then he say you get your salary on your work or Target basis.you didn't complete your daily tasks.and in this type he just denied your salary.he just removed you from your teams and WhatsApp group and he blocked you from everything.he say he just want results.he was showing all fake documents and details about company to people or jobseekers.
