Shopstar Rajmart Rajdeep Group founded by Rajdeep Paul in 2021 according to his linkdin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/rajdeep-paul-65459a223/, But when I joined Shopstar in 13july 2023, I've never seen or talked with Rajdeep Paul Instead of someone named Shaan Sinha Roy was using a WhatsApp account named Rajdeep Paul and he used to text employees as Rajdeep. I have my doubts from the day I joined this company. The company was hiring for recruiter role so i applied via "job hai" app and got my interview call and the interviewer told me that i have to give an exam, so i did and then they invite me to the HR round on meet and informed me that i've to give them 399 one time pay refundable amount for the exam result and security fee (which is already suspicious), At that time i really needed the job also they offered me to pay 18k MON-SAT 10am to 6pm shift, and the salary date they informed me 1-10 every month. so i paid the amount for the job . When i started working there, i noticed that they're charging this fee from everybody . i recruit few people worked there over 20 days and after that this person named shaan sinha roy asked us to pay 151 fee just to send us our joining letter, I contacted our manager Manashmita (the one who used to claim work for the company over 6 months) and asked her "what exactly going on?", she told me not worry about it. After few days i promoted as TL and continue working with my team and later Shaan Sinha Roy informed us the amount is going to be 550rs for the new candidates and it's refundable. after few days manager manasmita stop sending us leads and this guy named shaan told us, we'll be pay by our performance but in interview they clearly told us "It's not target base, or performance base job and the salary will be fix". The guy's name shaan as disguise rajdeep or whatever his real name is started to pressure on us to pay the 151 amounts or forget about our salary (he asking the new 550 amount from old employees). I tried to talk with Manasmita and later found out, she's working there for a month and didn't get paid and that's why she stop sending us the leads. Shaan without notice started to terminate people who're not willing to pay the amount and haven't paid their salary, not even a penny and started to say either we have to and follow the he made for a month then he'll pay us or we can leave cause according to him, we all the employees aren't working and asking him free money not only this he has no etiquette of talking with an employee and he threats people who file complaint against him. This company completely totally fraud and scam, not even located in Darjeeling or any other places in India . Shaan Sinha Roy tricking people into this. He also terminates me without even informing me or giving me any reason . neither he paid my salary which he promised after completing a month, not even half of my salary. I worked so hard for this company just to get trick this way. Shaan and Manasmita got into some fight and after that we get to know about this whole truth. His blocking people whoever asking him for their salary. Filing this here cause don't want anyone else get tricked like me also for justice.
