Person from mobile no [protected] stating he is from icici bank and confirmed my details (Name, full card number, cvv - he already knew these details). He said something about reward points being adjusted. This is a new card which i just started using after my old card expired. I have done only 3 transactions on it so far.
After the confirmation, 8404 /- inr 17:21 14th dec 2016 has been charged to my credit card account at shopvista_epak. I did not receive any otp on the phone number.
I informed to customer care they confirmed transaction is over even though i did not receive otp.
This is a fake call and criminal usage of my card. Please cancel this transaction. Please reply back with the action made
