Hi, I have recently ordered a pair of shoes from shop with us which sells A1 copy shoes. I received a size bigger so I contacted customer care for exchange. First the customer care agent asked for the order ID and the pictures of the product. Which was basic. Then sent me a QR code telling me to pay additional ₹400 as exchange fee. Once I sent the money, she started to reply very late almost taking a day for my each message. Then she told me to pack the shoes and make a video simultaneously. Then asked me again to properly tape the shoes in the same way as they have been dispatched. To my surprise, they told me to even pay for the courier to their address. As per their policy which i saw on the website, it was written the buyer is responsible for the shipping and paying all shipping fees. But as I already mentioned I paid ₹400 too and now they want me to pay again for shipping. Was this information helpful? |
