Show Off — quality of the cloth and harsh behaviour of the store manager

Me and my husband had purchased shirts in show off, mantri mall, bangalore on 22nd july 2018. The shirt was torn near the collar and we noticed it after reaching home (Belgaum). We live in belgaum and purchased when we had been to bangalore. I had the bill of the purchase and hence wrote to the customer care about the issue, i got a response about my mobile number being wrong and i gave the correct mobile, where there was an extra number before. I called the showoff mantri mall outlet on 29th july 2018 to know the update and explained that we do not live in bangalore, so the person from the other end instructed us to visit the belgaum store for exchange. When we visited the store in belgaum, they told that they did not receive any instructions, hence called the mantri mall store to confirm. The call was received by the store manager named "sameer". The first question he asked me was who gave you the permission to visit belgaum store?? What kind of question is this. The whole conversation, he was very rude and asked me questions which is practically doesn't make sense. He told that nobody told you to visit that store and do you have the record of the conversation and all. Why will i record the conversation?? This doesn't make sense at all. I have purchased a lot in show off but this experience is the worst. It is not just about the quality of the shirt, it is about the behaviour of the store manager which is not acceptable. He behaved as if i have committed the mistake of visiting the store, he should be trained to speak to the customers.
