I am writing to formally register a complaint against Jaguar regarding a defective shower panel installed at my residence last year.
After only a few uses, the thermal setting of the shower panel, which is responsible for regulating water temperature, stopped functioning properly. Since then, multiple service complaints have been raised requesting repair. Although a technician visited on two occasions, the issue was never resolved permanently.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no effective solution. The most recent service complaint was registered on 27th December, bearing Service Call Reference No. 02228320. Unfortunately, since then, no technician has visited, nor have I received any update or communication from Jaguar’s service team.
Due to this unresolved defect, we are unable to use hot water for bathing during the ongoing harsh winter season, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort to my family. This situation reflects poor product quality and clear deficiency in after-sales service, which is extremely disappointing coming from a reputed brand like Jaguar.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to direct the company to provide a permanent repair or replacement of the faulty shower panel at the earliest. I also request appropriate action to ensure such negligence is not repeated with other consumers.
I shall be grateful for your prompt assistance and resolution of this grievance.
