Dear,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally file a complaint against Shradhha Roadlines, Vishamwadi, Pune, which I hired through your platform for transportation services. The vendor has engaged in fraudulent activities, causing me both financial and emotional distress.
Below are the details of how the fraud unfolded, along with evidence:
Proof of Fraud:
1. Proof 01 (29th September 2024):
I had shared a list of the goods to be transported, along with photos of the items for reference. (Photos attached)
2. Proof 02 (29th September 2024):
We had agreed on a final cost of ₹14, 000 for the entire transportation service, which included packaging, loading, unloading, and transportation. (Attached are chat logs confirming the agreed amount)
3. Proof 03 (1st October 2024):
The quantity of goods (27 parcels) and their condition were confirmed by the laborers before transport. (Confirmation messages/screenshots attached)
4. Proof 04 (1st October 2024):
After receiving the household items at the destination, the vendor made a new payment demand of ₹10, 000, which I was forced to pay. (Payment proof attached)
5. Proof 05 (13th October 2024):
On this date, Shradhha Roadlines (Bosale) ignored my concerns regarding missing goods and failed to acknowledge the payments already made. Additionally, I have attached 4 audio recordings where I informed Shradhha Roadlines (Bosale) about the missing items and they acknowledged it but refused to take action.
Note:- Pls refer to file name as proof no. as mentioned.
We have seen that the deal, which started on 29th September, was completed on 13th October under fraudulent circumstances, and as a result, we have had to endure mental, physical, and financial distress. Moreover, until now, Shradhha Roadlines, the transport contractor, has not compensated us for our losses.
I have paid ₹6, 000 to driver Tukaram Shelke on behalf of Bhosale Vedant Packers and Movers ([protected]). This letter provides a complete record of the transaction, and a receipt for the payment made to the driver is also attached.
My Expectations:
1. Refund of ₹4, 000, which was the extra payment demanded.
2. Compensation for the missing household goods worth ₹10, 000.
I request Justdial to take prompt action against this vendor to prevent further consumers from falling victim to such fraudulent practices. Please advise on the next steps to escalate this complaint and the procedure for resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift response.
