1. We have got flat possessions from april 2014 onwards & after 3-1/2 years, our builder has not completed for legal procedures for society handover. We have paid all society formation & legal charges to builder.
2. Till date builder has not applied for occupation certificate, society registration certificate, municipal potable water connection, and property tax in name of flat owners, society office, and common toilet bathroom for security, conveyance deed & completion of other legal documents.
3. Nowadays we are not having potable water. On temporary basis, we are getting water from well which is near to our society, which is very costly to us.
4. Our builder has not registered our building - adiraj gundecha arch with maharera. We are getting trouble to get home loan while transfer. Existing home loan institutions are asking for society share certificate & oc, which we don't have.

5. In our last meeting with builders on dtd. 13.08.2017, he has confirmed that oc will be granted to your building in october 2017. But in vain, we have again sent reminder email to builder, but no reply from him. So we are filing complain against him to maharera.
6. We all society members are request you to take strict action against our builder, so that we will get our legal documents as early as possible.

our builder is giving only dates on dates for Occupation Certificate, we have conducted 4 meetings with builder till date in years / also sent reminder email for work completion. Till date he has not cleared pending LBT of Vasai Virar Muncipal Corporation. So he has not applied for OC till date. Now he is telling us that after 3-1/2 years possession, he has having Fund Problem, but we have paid All society forming & legal Charges in Advance to builder before possession. Approx 25 Lakhs (29 Flats). As per Society Rule within 6 months after possession, society is to be handover with Occupation Certificate, Society Registration Certificate, Municipal Potable Water Connection, and Property Tax in name of Flat Owners, Society Office, and Common Toilet Bathroom for Security, Conveyance Deed & completion of other legal Documents & Procedures. our building is not registered with MAHARERA.
