This complaint is for udhna, surat agency. The delivery boy gave me a call saying to get down and collect my parcel from the watchman. he gave me the reason that the watchman is not allowing him to bring the bike inside which was a total lie, he was already inside the gate. He gave me the reason that your building is 3rd and i will not walk that much so you collect the parcel by yourself. When i spoke to watchman he said i never stopped him from going in he is lying. when i said i will complaint against you give me your name so he gave me two different names Jayesh and sourav his number is [protected].
When i got his agency's number i gave that man a call and complained about delivery boy's behaviour and i said this is not the service which i paid for give me my delivery charges back. i said to pay back my money so he repiled to me in a very very rude manner saying i will ask delivery boy to take the parcel back from watchman and you go yourself and collect the parel from where you ordered and he disconnected my call. his number is [protected].
