Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice the serious issue I am facing with your courier service.
I am the consignee of a parcel booked through Anjani Courier Services. I visited your branch to collect my parcel and presented the valid docket number, however, your staff refused to hand over the parcel without giving any proper written reason or justification.
Despite showing the docket number and confirming my identity, I was clearly told that the parcel would not be delivered. This behavior is highly unprofessional and amounts to deficiency in service, causing me mental harassment and inconvenience.
I kindly request you to:
1. Immediately hand over my parcel, OR
2. Provide a written explanation stating the exact reason for refusal.
If the matter is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to initiate appropriate legal action under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and also approach higher authorities, entirely at your responsibility.
I hope for an immediate and positive response.
