Greetings!
This is apprise you and aware you of the treatment meted to the
genuine customers of TATA motors at the Nano outlet service centre( SHREE DEV WHEELS Pvt.LTD FAIZABAD -224001) at
Faizabad. I had some problem regarding the AC of the Nano car (UP-42 X
2075) owned by me. I visited the service centre on 01/03/16 and told
them about the problem associated with the working of the AC of the
car. They analyzed the condition by takin it to outside private workshop as they dont have any AC mechanic and reported me telephonically about
the expenses that will be incurred in its repair/rectification related to cooling coil change . I was
unsatisfied with their quoted price (Rs.8000 approx)and therefore i went to same private service centres to gauge the price situation for repair. It was really
shocking for me to know that this service centre was charging
enormously more Rs3000 other than said by that private workshop. Upon leaving the Tata Nano service centre of Faizabad without any work they
charged me about Rs. 500 for no work . This fees charged seems to
ridicule the dealing of service centre moreso when no WORK has been
carried out on this car. I would request you to look into the matter
and take it as a serious irregularity prevailing in the outlet whose
clearance has certainly being given by you. I would also request you
to direct the concerned service centre to repay the charge for no
work.This is horrible to any costomer for paying Rs500 without any work in the car.
