I am Mr Amar, and today got serviced my Hond. City Car no GJ 06 JM 5018 from Gopinath Honda service station Nr Vadsar Bridge makarpura Vadodara.
1) Working Headlight Bulb was charged as fused
2) Only washing done on pretext of Full service
3) When I declined to change tyres in service station-the handed car with punctured tyres
4) Value Added service - Rodent Repellent, Mc cleaner etc were compulsory added without my knowledge.
5) No Lubicate of Pins-and silicon grease applied.
6) AC cleaner and disinfectant-not done
7) Motor Care treatment not done.
8) For 7 Hrs I was observing from window gallery, and nothing of above was done even oil change and fiter change' was doubtful as 70 Cars were service in span of 5 Hrs
9) The Executive -was so rude as if he was there to loot and was upset when asked about explaining. Also he got upset when i denied to CHANGE- BATTERY AND TYRES AT service station.
10 BILL CHARGED-Rs. 9671/- ( I was ask to pay then only they shall release vehicle-after signing documents)
**- I was observing this from WINDOW viewers galary and after depositing car at 9.30 AM in morning - i received my punctured car at 5.30 PM (wait of 8 Hrs)
THIS IS A LOOT, I am registering a case of cheating against SHREE GOPINATHJI CARS PVT LTD-ADD.- 79, GIDC, Nr. Vadsar bridge Makarpura VADODARA, GUJARAT, INDIA-390010.( Honda Service station). For Fake work charges
