Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Rahul Mishra (Mobile: [protected]), S/o Nageshwar Mishra. I wish to lodge a complaint regarding a fraud committed against me in the name of bike transportation.
On 14th April, I submitted a request on https://shifteazy.in/. My details were shared with “Shree Krishna Logistics.”
Mr. Rakesh Sharma (Mobile: [protected]) contacted me and agreed on ?3000 for complete service.
On 15th April, Pawan (Mobile: [protected]) picked up my bike and I also paid ?100 tip. Later I was forced to transfer ?3000 online.
Next day, I received a fake bill of ?13, 000 with unjustified charges and was threatened that my bike would not be delivered.
On 16th April, I approached Cyber Crime and local police, who also spoke with them.
On 17th April, after FIR warning, my bike was returned in damaged condition and my helmet was missing.
They failed to provide any valid office location. The number [protected] (Owner) from website https://shreekrishnalogistic.in/index.aspx also did not provide proper details.
I request strict legal action under IPC 420, 406, 384, 427 and recovery of my money and compensation.
Enclosures: payment proof, chats, fake bill, photos
Yours sincerely
Rahul Mishra
