I have ordered a pair of shoes from Dwarka, Delhi, I had tracked the details on 21st of March. The tracking details said that the product has reached the nearest mahavir courier facility. On 22nd there was a lockdown, they should make the delivery on 23rd or 24th but they did not delivered.
After this, I lost the tracking number. Now on October 5th, the courier guy says that there is no such courier with me.
