I booked a consignment (An envelop) with documents by shree mahavir express services to send to chennai on sat 14 oct '17. I was assured that it would reach chennai by tue 17 oct.
However, it never reached chennai. On tracking website of shree mahavir express services, no information was posted on the status.
Finally, on 26 oct '17 i found out the local contact no of this company. I was told that the consignment was given to on dot courier for delivery with a different tracking no. When i checked on their website. It is showing 'return to origin' on 21 oct '17 citing the reason 'consignment mis routed'.
I still don't know where my consignment is. This is horrible service & has caused me financial loss. How can i pull up this company & recover my loss? Was this information helpful? |
