We have given our Bull Backhoe Loader No: TN 02 AJ 4802 for service during end of February 2022 to Shree Monisha Service. Till date the problem has not been rectified fully. We have faced very poor/lethargic service from this service centre so far.

We have placed 3 to 4 orders for the spares towards this service for an approx value of Rs. 77, 000.00. After attending some service, based on their assurance given, we have taken the bull delivery. But the next day again we have faced some other issues. Again we have raised complaint. Then they have checked and told us that some more spares also to be changed newly for that also we have accepted and placed p.o.

After spending more money & time and taken the bull out for work, it is still kept idle at site without running and there is no proper response from Shree Monisha Service towards the spares yet to be changed. Due to this delay, we have undergone huge loss & time due to the bull is kept idle at site.

The persons in the service centre is always giving false commitments towards the spares required and delaying it for long time. Even after our repeated request and follow ups and also trusted their words, till date they have not given us proper/right information.

Kindly take immediate action against Shree Monisha Service and make them to resolve our Bull service work immediately.
