this is a mental harrassment for me they stuck my money ...now i want my money back and new red coral ...for this approach..for me now tired of all this non responsive approach ...want my red coal gem this week asap and also want the answer for this non responsive approach ...is this the way how they treat the customers ...not acceptable ..anymore...

still not received a single call from their side ...
As discussed on call that you will provide the address to replace the red coral ...after that I called and text messaged to you but still not received any address from your side to courier the red coral ...This is mental harrasment for me as still not getting the proper response from your side ...now send some one to collect the red coral on my given address below .
no response ...what should be the next step from my side .. this is showing the bad customer services...providing by shreenakeshatra gems ... to their customers...
