[Resolved]  Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent Ltd — Fraud & Cheating done by SOSN Car on Rent ( Resort Booking ID-35163 )

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring into your kind notice that I Bharat Swaroop Saxena invested Rs 125000/- into SOSN Car on Rent
in June'09 in Delhi Office, on written agreement, company has promised to pay Rs 8040 per month for 5 years on my one time investment.Company has also provided me the cheques for 5 years for monthly payment and everything was going good till Nov'09, but in Dec'09 bank has refuses to honour the cheque and when I visit to the SOSN office for the same then they have taken back all the cheques and promised to pay next payment by ECS but nothing has been done till now and even all the offices has been shut down.

I am totally get shattered about my investment and it was hard earned money.
Kindly look into the matter and help me out to take my money back.
