Shree Om Sainath Car On Rent Ltd — Not getting monthly compensation

As per company's Resort plan I have invested Rs.135000.inthe month of Sept.2008.As per agreement I received the monthly compensation till Sept. 2009.But after that the cheque given by the company has bounced and then I have surrendered the post dated cheques to the company's PUNE office and submitted the printed form to agree to receive the compensation payment through bank by ECN transfer .But the company is not transferring any money to my account.

I am a retired person and having no source of income. I have no alternate than to suicide if I do not hear any positive in the matter within ashort period.

I am one of the investor of SOSN Car On Rent Ltd since September 2009. My name is Sejal L. Damani. From six received cheques only one cheque got cleared. After that i had not received any cheque. I tried to call up at given office phone numbers, but i did not get any results.When i will get my money back? If anybody will get information regarding SOSN, please let me know.
