Shree Radhe Home Furnishing — Air and Noise Pollution

Dear Sir/ Madam,
i am facing problems regarding air and noise pollution coming out of a illegal furniture factory nearby my home in the residential area. They also bring big trucks on the only narrow street that leads to my house. They have built go downs adjoining to my house in which they are keeping construction material and it has ruined the street floor. I am not aware of how i should complaint about them as this residential area falls under Gram Panchayat and not Municipality. Kindly suggest some ways to get permanent solution to this problem.
