Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to raise a serious complaint against your distributor, SHREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, located at:
8/2B, Bhavani Road, Hebbagodi, Bommasandra Post, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560099

For the last 15 to 25 days, I have been waiting for the delivery of my LPG cylinder. However, my order history falsely shows it was delivered, though I have clear proof that no one came to deliver the cylinder. (Booking ID - 34679)
Again, I placed a fresh order on 6th July (Booking ID - 60434), but no delivery has been made till date. Instead, I keep receiving OTP messages for delivery every day, which only adds to the confusion and frustration.
What is even more unacceptable is the complete lack of customer support from the distributor. I have been trying to call all the listed contact numbers multiple times, but no one responds. This kind of negligence is not only unprofessional but also highly unsafe for customers.
What if there was a gas leak or a cylinder blast? In such emergency situations, when customers are unable to get any response from the distributor, who will take responsibility?
It is extremely disappointing that despite providing multiple contact numbers online, none of them are attended, and customers are left helpless.
I request that this issue be taken very seriously, and immediate action be initiated against SHREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY for:
Falsifying delivery records
Not delivering booked cylinders
Repeated OTP messages without actual delivery
Ignoring customer calls and providing no support
Please ensure that my pending cylinder is delivered immediately, and a formal explanation is given regarding this mismanagement. I also request that my complaint be recorded and investigated at the earliest.
