I made an advance payment to Mr. Prashant Inamdar on[protected]Friday) for the purchase of a Foot Massage Machine.

After payment, he demanded additional charges for transportation and a UK wiring socket. Later on the same day, he initiated the cancellation of the deal and promised to refund the full amount the next day.

However, he has stopped answering calls since then. He is now refusing to deliver the product, not providing the UK socket, and has stated he will not refund the full amount.

After the deal, he provided the payment QR details of "Prisha Enterprises". I asked for his business QR code, and he said, “My QR code is not working, and GST will be applicable”. This is a clear-cut fraud. I am not sure whether the "PRISHA ENTERPRISES" is part of this fraud or not. I have a voice message from Prashant, Unfortunately, I am not allowed to upload that file. I have attached proof of payment, chat records, and all communication. This is a clear case o[censored]nfair trade practice, breach of trust, and consumer rights violation. I request that the National Consumer Helpline to take immediate action and help me get my full refund.
