Shree Sai Homes Builders & Developers — Fraud by builder Krishna Kumar Singh

I have been victimised and paid 19 Lacs towards the property (Shop no, 2) allotted to me. Later I came to know that the said Shop allotted to me has already been sold to others and has multiple registrations for Leave & License, tabapavti at panvel registrar office.

Moreover not only my property but most of the flats in the said premises are sold to multiple people and builders have taken Money and now not traceable.
Many of these victims have submitted their complaints at Nerul Police Station and are waiting for FIR registration.

As its already been more than a year, request you to please look into the matter so that our hard earned monies can be recovered and culprits are punished.

Partners cannot say they are not aware
Of what their third partner was doing. All partners have equal share in profits so are liable to bear the losses when one of their partner has committed fraud. Vandana & Rachna has to repay to all the victims from the sales proceeds of flats & shops

Krushna Bahadur Singh (Fraud builder) in Ulwe who dupes more than 50 customer for more than 10 cr. He is from Satna, M P and presently lodged in Thane Jail under MPID act. These criminals must be hanged in public so that no one can dare to cheat innocent public and loot their hard earned money.

This is the third partner Mushtakim Khan (Raju) of Sai Homes builders, absconding in this case. Anyone has info about him, pls share to Navi Mumbai police (Belapur Economic offense wing).
