Shree Sai Ram Travels — Money deducted but ticket was not booked, No Refund Yet

I have tried booking a Ticket from Pune to Nandurbar on 16th Jan 2024.
Money got deducted but the ticket was not booked.

I have tried reaching out to Sai Ram Travels Customer Support and even dropped an email, but not getting the refund.

Can we please help in getting the refund?
