We required a maid to care for an elderly patient for 15 days and paid ₹1000 as a registration fee to Shree Sai Services. The maid's daily charge was ₹600 for 8 hours. The maid showed up on 3rd August 2025 but did not come on 4th August. Due to this unreliable service, we arranged help from another provider and requested a 50% refund of the registration fee. However, the company refused and instead sent us their 12-month annual contract terms and conditions, which were never explained to us earlier.
We advise all potential customers to be cautious while dealing with this agency. Our experience was disappointing—they seem more focused on money than providing reliable service or customer care.
