[Resolved]  Shree Tirumala Cable Network — No Service for 3 days.. No Action for 4.5 hrs

I have a cable TV connection with the above mentioned company for about 2 months now. There has been cases where the cable TV connection has stopped working for a few days - then it will get fixed within a day or two... However - this time the connection was disrupted for 3 days - I tried calling the customer care - there has been no response. After 3 days, on 30th May - I finally got to speak to the customer care representative - He mentioned the service guy will be in my house within an hour at 3.30PM. However I called the service guy four times, every time he mentioned that he will be here in 30 minutes.. But he never came till 7.30PM then I asked him if he will ever come. He cut the call while I was still on the line. After which I called the customer care again - for which the manger Lingaraj answered the call - he said he will be in 15 minutes, still no one came. Then I called again - he was not available this time around, somebody else attended the call, so he was rude in replying to me. Next another person spoke, he said he will come in 30 minutes. Till now - nobody has turned up. Please shut down the operations of this company. Few reasons - 1. They don't have a proper customer service number where we can reach them - the number keeps ringing and sometimes nobody answers 2. Their customer care representatives are very rude and they don't know how to speak to a customer 3. Their service is not reliable and the money we pay is totally not worth it. Please take required action on this issue ASAP.
