Mr rajesh mittal, supposedly a builder from new delhi had booked a courier with delhi - santnagar (65), on 13 june 2024 at 7.18 pm from delhi to mumbai center.
since i was outstation, i returned and checked on 28 June that parcel was not delivered. on calling their delhi centre on [protected], they just casually mentioned that they need to check and after few days again said they had raised a complaint (not sure against whom).
when i checked online, there is no status provided as to where the parcel is lying (like detailed step wise tracking). only origin and delivery centre (mumbai) are mentioned. thus no tracking has been provided. moreover, parcel courier has been shown as document booking.
on repeatedly calling seller mr mittal and the courier, they are just dragging and buying time, whereas there are systems to track parcels within a day or so.
looking at no movement of the parcel and no status update, it seems likely to be a case where tracking number was made[protected] but the courier was never sent and it courier slip/ challan to send the courier was never executed. Thus a collective fraud by the seller and tirupati courier (delhi branch Mr. Dass)
i ask buyers to be extremely beware of santnagar (65) tirupati branch and seller like rajesh mittal. i can provide cell phone numbers on request as well.
