I dispatched a courier on 19th december 2016 with docket no[protected] from tilak nagar, new delhi to mumbai. The recepient's name is ashvi sheth. It contained 8 ladies wallets worth rs.550 each and 4 ladies purses worth rs.650 each. The total value of the parcel is rs.7000. The recepient has not received the parcel as yet and even i have not been returned the parcel.
The local branch of tirupati couriers in tilak nagar have told me that the box in which the items were dispatched have broken and it's contents have lost somewhere.
I have tried to talk to head office in gujarat and regional office in karol bagh, new delhi as well as the local branch in tilak nagar, new delhi but i am not getting appropriate responses. They're trying to mislead me and are giving me excuses. It has already been 19 days and i am still clueless about my parcel.
They are asking me to wait for another 2 months for the compensation which is not at all reasonable.

There was no intimation, no call, nothing. and was sent back on their own wish.
