We have booked travel from Chennai to Thirupati via Shri Balaji travels Virugampakkam. They have charged Rs. 12000 for the traveller and some seats are not locked properly since we can't sit. Full water leakage in the last seat if I asked them then they are saying like no mechanic shops at this time we will resolve once we reached Thirupati untill adjust it. If I ask them to change the non AC scheme and he is telling that we can reduce only Rs.150 for the entire trip. No proper service and customer oriented and they charged very high.
