This is bring in you notice that i have booked ticket through Make my Trip Application from Noida to Musafirkhana for my family but there was a mechanical issue with the bus in Noida only and bus staff asked to take another vehicle your amount will be refunded.
But still my refund is not received also my family was struggling throughout the hometown as lady has changed the Bus 3 times to reach the location with his 6 years child
