[Resolved]  Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University — Complaint regarding Private University for PhD Final Degree Certificate

With reference to above subject as per UGC Regulations on Minimum Standards and Procedure for the award of Ph.D.Degree, Regulations 2009 File NoF1-1/2002(PS) / Exemp. Part file-III was follow The Entrance exam, Interview, Course work, DRC, Synopsis presentation, Summary, Plagiarism and Pre-thesis presentation was verified on that bases thesis submitted and issued Thesis submission certificate Ref No:JJT/Ph.D./TH/413/4163after that the Viva-Voice examination was arranged on 29/12/2013 and it was openly defended and Notification issued Ref No: JJT/PH.D./Exam/167 in that it was return the report received from the examiners on the Ph.D.thesis and viva-voice of the following candidate, the Vice chancellor, on behalf of the Academic Council, has approved award of Ph.D. Degree to the Candidate for the year 2013 in accordance with the ACT of JJTU as per UGC Regulations on Minimum Standards and Procedure for the award of Ph.D.Degree, Regulations 2009 File NoF1-1/2002(PS) / Exemp. Part file-III issued Provisional degree certificate Ref No: JJT/PH.D./Degree/2014/367, Marksheet of course work and also entire thesis display on ShodhGanga inflibnet but now they are not issuing PhD Final Degree certificate to number of Scholar as the Convocation was carried out on 25-26 February 2014 saying pages was less in the thesis such excuse should be show early now what is the meaning? We want to say that research was not based on the pages it was based on work Please do the Favor for the entire student of the JJTU as a Enrollment Ph.D. Scholar as the entire fees was paid
