shri laxmi enterprises — regarding to bad services

Dear sir/mam
I am ajeet singh, i was buy a micromax phone q411 on 21 august 2016 but after some day phone having many problems. So i submitted my phone service center (Shri laxmi enterprises nazafgarh road uttam nagar west) but they were submitmy phone for4-5 days and only reset my phone and said now your phone is ok.
I was submitted my phone 7-8 times in 1 year service center for 4-5 days but always they reset my phone and again and again said your phone is now ok.
But my phone is not good condition.
