Sir/ Madam,
I the undersigned Smt./Shri.___ (Ram Singh) residing at ______(A-322 world bank Barra by paas) would like to submit my burning problems as below and request your help to overcome from the harassment facing by me.
Since last many years, I used to open my pan shop on one side of our Society's Barra by road where some extra space is there, which is the property of Municiapal Corporation. Now Mr.Ram misthan bhandar ______ (Ram misthan bahndar Barra by paas ) residing at Barra by paas churaha above subject address encroached of contraction raw material that extra space and therefore I am facing problems to open my pan shop
Though I tried to convince him that, the space he encroached is of corporation's area and let me to open to my pan shop on one side, as there is no other alternative for open pan shop . However, he is not ready to listen me and even other members of the society who are also tried to convince him. Now he started harassment by making damage to my pan shop while close there.
On this situation, I request the concerned authority to please initiate legal action against Mr.Ram misthan bhandar to stop his illegal ownership claim/ remove the illegal occupancy of Municipal Corporations property and thereby unnecessary harassment to others.
Hope you will do the needful favourably with an immediate effect, which will help to avoid other encroachments also in our area.
