Shri Sahu Estate Devlopers — Not giving possession

Address: 2nd floor Ganj Plaza Naval Kishore Road Hazratganj Lucknow

I have bought two plot fro Shri Sahu Estate Developer’s in 2013 it was on emi of rupee 4000 for each plot and emi was completed in 2019 but now it’s been more then 5 years they are not giving possession even i have have paid all amount also a development fee to their agent 1 lakh rupee but still I haven’t got anything.
