Shri Sairam Engineering Coimbatore — product not delivered

We are manufacturers of disposable paper plates located in kerala-ernakulum we have a bad experience with sri sairam engineering coimbatore.
We placed an order for 2 paper plate dies (12 inch circle and 12x10 inch square) for the agreed amount 45000 and paid advance of 10000 on 31/05/2019 and another 10000 on 03/06/2019.
They promised the die will delivered within a week, and i received the square die on 12/06/2019 after so many follow ups through phone calls and whatsapp messages before sending the die they asked me to pay the amount of 10000. When i receive the die, it has lots of problem in the die as well as in the cutter. I reported back and with proper evidence and received the reply that it is the standard and he is giving to lots of customers and they have not complained about this issue. After lots of follow-ups and repeat complaints, he advise to send the defective die to him. He will repair and send back hence i sent the die on 10/07/2019. After so many messages and follow up they send the repaired dye on 04/09/2019. Till now we have no information about the circle dye we ordered and paid advance. We are trying to reach them regularly over phone and whatsapp, they are not responding.in between i got them over phone and asked to cancel the deal and refund the advance i paid. They said the item already 90% ready then i think the cancelling make them loss hence i asked to complete and deliver. They promise within a week they make ready but still no information about it and they are not responding to my mails. They have two mobile numbers both these number are not attending my calls. Today also i have tries more than 5 times to call them, but not pick up the phone. The whatsapp messages are sending is read by them but not replying. Because of this irresponsibility behavior of shri sairam engineering officials, i have lost my 8000+ worth business. So i fed up with the service of shri sairam engineering coimbatore, i send message to refund the advance amount.

We request the concerned person in charge for sri sairam engineering to address our issue and resolve immediately.
