Shri Shikshayatan College — Refund of admission cancellation fees

I have cancelled my admission in this college and gave all the details required for refund of amount 25580 but they have not refunded my money yet it's been 4.5 months now. they are just delaying and ignoring the query. I cancelled my admission only after asking them whether the fees Is refundable or not and the answer was yes!!
