with due regards I wish to state that as presented by you and your executive Shradha mobile [protected] that you are the largest inventory of passenger cars in auction I have paid 10620 on 22 Feb 2022 and after giving me assurance that we will find so many vehicles in auction here in Delhi as we are dealing in used cars but my surprises started just after the payment when I come to know that your app is not working on mobiles that cost more than 15k (I have proof from your side) because we don’t have any phone under 15k anyway your app still not working, then I tried on desktop and come to know that you have only 1 or 2 vehicles in a week for auction and that are also far away from Delhi then your executive start sending me other auction players details to access them I tried that also because being in a business we need cars but all go in vain and now I humbly request to refund my money and please don’t talk about your company policies as no company in any policy mention that you make fool of your partners and forfeit registration money if you mentioned that then talk about the policy otherwise refund my money I request and if you refused I have no option other than to take you on social media with proof and go to consumer court.
