We have purchased vehicle no. Pb06q3336 through shriram automall india limited from shiv shakti motors. Shreeram has taken commition. The main represantative of samil mr. Rakesh sing has handeled all the formalities. We have received only original rc book. Remaining all the documents of vehicle (That is permit, fitness, tax certificate, noc) is still not received after many follow ups verbal as well as physical. Now he is not picking up the phn.
