Shriram Finance Limited — Refund of amount deducted twice in creating online fixed deposit

I intended to open a fresh fixed deposit with Shriram Finance Ltd today amounting Rs. 35000/- for 42 months. Once my first attempt to make the payment through net banking was unsuccessful, I tried once again to pay.

However, second time also initially mail came to me as payment was successful and subsequently after 3-4 minutes mail sent to me as payment is unsuccessful.

However, in both cases the payment made was deducted from my account bearing number.[protected].

I intend to make a fixed deposit for 35000/- not 70, 000/-

Hence, please generate fixed deposit receipt for 35000/- and balance amount to be reversed to my account as mentioned above.
