Shriram fortune solutions ltd, Insurance Agent approached me on 29 August 2023 through its employee Ms.Kaviya.K having Mobile Number:[protected] and enquired any unclaimed policy elapsed due to Non-renewal. she also briefed about claim of that expired policy if i take new Policy in Shriram Life insurance company Limited for the value of Rs.21, 475/- (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Five only).
Ms.Kaviya.K assured and request to take new policy enabling to process the claim amount of Rs.2, 24, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Four Thousand only).
Kaviya .K informred that Bonuses will be paid in lapsed policies – i am persuaded to purchase a new insurance policy by a telemarketer Ms.Kaviya.K pretending as an employee of IRDA under the pretence that the previous money would be transferred to the new policy. As a consumer we persuaded by this information is urged to purchase a new insurance and return any unpaid money together loss of this Premium amount.
Based on our representation and warranties of Ms.Kaviya.K, make payment for a sum of Rs.21, 475/- (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy-Five only) in SHRIRAM LIFE ASSURED INCOME PLAN V04 vide Proposal No:[protected]. After payment she is avoiding my phone calls. Immediately I cancelled Cancellation / Surrendered Policy No. NN[protected] and request Shriram Life Insurance Company Limited to refund the premium in terms of policy cancelled in Free Look Period.
