I had availed a housing loan from shriram housing finance ltd, pune on 27th sept 2017 for 55 lakhs. My account was declared npa by the company for which i have been following up with the branch manager at the vimannagar branch with mr. Prakash nazare about the status and outstanding amount. They had charged me an amount of 306897/- towards life insurance premium for which i have not received the policy till date. They were giving m l vague answers for this. It came to me as a shock when mr prakash nazare branch manager of shfl vimannagar branch said they have sold our account to some asset management company without any intimation to us. I have been following up to know the details of my account an he company but they are avoiding me and keeping me a dilemma.
