Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you this email in context to the misbehavior i faced from Shriram Insight Share Brokers Limited. I sent them multiple email complaining on their executive however Until now i have not received any response / resolution / feedback on the same.
To brief on the issue, i am a small trader in equity shares working with this branch for more than a decade. I have never been harassed or misbehaved by the branch executives but this time. Its executive do not respond to what i look for and do not confirm if they have done the transaction / trading which i have asked for. Shriram Insight Share Brokers Limited is supporting this kind of behaviour by not taking any action on this.
Being an account holder with them and paying annual charges, transaction fees, brokerage etc i understand that i have rights to do transaction and ask for my records ( transaction status and balance/stock available with them etc ), however the same is not being supported by the company.
I humbly request you to please look into this matter so that the issue gets resolved.
