Dear sir/ Madam,
I was interested in Shiram properties (Shiram park 63, Chennai) and based on the interaction had with the sales team, i sent the inital amount of Rs. 105000 as a booking amount through Razor pay on[protected]EOI). [Sales team told me to send me the amount as an EOI to block the unit]. Due to my personal issues, i could not able to proceed further and communicated to the sales team to cancel my bookings and refund the amount in the next day itself.
I haven't signed any application and i didn't acknowledge the costing sheet. But, for the last 10 months, i have been chasing the Shriram team and so far i i didn’t receive the refund amount.
I sent a formal mail to customer.[protected]@shiramproperties.com 2 weeks ago along with evidences of payment made. But so far, i didn't any mail from them even for a courtesy. I have also sent many reminders, but no response from them.
It looks like that i will not get any response from Shriram team and have the doubt whether i will get back my money (big loot?). Just within a day of time, i have lost (?) Rs. 105000. Shriram Management is very casual and i didnt expect such a lethargy in dealing customer issues from a reputed builder like Shriram properties.
Hope my complaint will be sorted out soon and i will get back my money soon.
Note: In case if the issue is not sorted out, my next job is to spread about the cheating to other potential customers so that no one will be cheated in future.
