My name is SANDEEP MURARKA from PO-BARAUNI, DIST-BEGUSARAI STATE-BIHAR-851112, SHRI RAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO HAVE A OFFICE AT BEGUSARAI, THEY HAVE FINANCE SOME ONE ON A VEHICLE, In this finance company used my name( with fake ID proof, fake photo, fake singnature, fake mobile no ) as guarantor in th year 2009.Now i got court notice for payment of balance dues with 18% intrest otherwise court will arrest and kurki against me.
I visited above office for resolve the issue, but they refused and asked me for file court case against company..Being a human being should i suffer for all these illigel activity?? i also came to know there are many issue, comapny shows their loan book groth and net margin, make fool inocent share holder.
