Shriramfinance — Need to cancel the loan.

Hi Team,
Sriram finance is taking unnecessary time to issuing loan vehicle loan (TN16V 3426), it took more than a month and till today it is not closed. But they had collected more than Rs.40, 000 as processing fee and they are not refunding it now.

Updated by gingeemurugan Hi Team, we haven’t received any loan however they had collected 40, 000 and returned 23000, yet return 13000. But no body responding, they are keep telling that they are not received money from sriram, How long do we need to wait to get balance 13000 from sriram. It is impacted our credit score as well. They had found loan and after two months it is closed which is not true
