[Resolved]  Shruti Creation Biz — Ecomerce Drop shipping Services

I have registered this Shruti Creation Biz dropshippng company to start business and I had paid Rs 4130/- amount for GST CERTIFICATE and others Ecome services, but due to names issues in docs GST CERTIFICATE not issued so I had requested for refund, they said We will refund after 30 working days after the deduction of GST they paid to govt, I was agree on that after 4 months passed I am still doing follow up for refund they had given false commitment on mail / WhatsApp serveral times but they still not refund the amount and now they are not responding on mail and not picking up the calls. even had talked to Owner and Consern Staff too, there were many complaints logged against him but till date no action on company, i demand strong action against them and refund my amount.
